The project involved the movement of walls, new drywall, paint, tile and wood flooring as well as electrical and plumming work. The project was completed in an organized and orderly fashion with all questions and concerns posed to us for proper decision making. “Tolaris Homes built our custom home on a lot that we owned. Rick Bavec (president) personally acted as superintendent. Through conception, design and construction he was always accommodating and fair in his dealings with us and with his fine group of subcontractors. Our project was completed substantially on budget and on time. Tolaris has also been helpful since we took ownership. They have provided useful advice and assistance in dealing with the minor issues that have arisen. We got to know Rick and his wife Sherrie fairly well during the 15 months of design and construction and now consider them friends. When you can say that about someone with whom you've had a fairly large business deal I think it's a good indicator of the character of the people.”

“Dave Konkol Homes built our home for us fourteen years ago and we couldn't have been happier with his company or his service. It was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. Dave and his team were not only consummate professionals, but just really great people to work with. He added dozens of "little extras" to our home that cost little to nothing, but made the home feel much more customized or unique to us. There's not a day that goes by that my wife and I aren't glad this is the company that built our house. Especially when you hear so many horror stories about builders these days. Back when Konkol built for us his team built smaller family sized homes. Now they build both smaller and huge custom homes. My wife and I are actually planning to build a new home in the next 18 - 24 months. Maybe the biggest endorsement we can give to this builder is that we plan to use him again. No question. He even has two books he's written now about how to build a custom home. This should make the process even better the next time around. We would seriously recommend this builder to anyone--and we have!”

“Added Florida room addition and remodel kitchen and bathroom. Supervisor Noah did an amazing job keeping me updated and promptly informed about status of project. Pricing was fair and quirky of work done was pristine. Highly recommend this company and wil rehire for any other construction job in future. They also provide solar pannels and ofcourse roofing.”
