“We had LA Home Builders design and build our current home. It was a significant project for us and we knew this would be the house we would be in for years to come so we wanted to make sure it was done right. We had visited some of LA's other homes and were impressed with the workmanship, design and decore of the homes. We especially liked the fact that LA Home came with the services of Coffey & Co. interior designs. The design and construction process went extremly smooth and both Lou Nigro of LA Home and Lisza Coffey of Coffey & Co. were very attentive to every detail. I also liked the fact that we always dealt directly with Lou...we were never pushed off to employees or subcontractors. The final product was just what we wanted and expected. "Punch list" items were minimal, and all of those items were promptly attended to by Lou. As stated, this was a big project for my family and there was never a time that I felt frustrated or concerned about the construction process and LA Home's committment to us. Lou was honest and dependable and I would use LA Home Builders again in a heartbeat.”

“Gary Rumbaugh was our general contractor for both a kitchen remodeling and a basement refinishing project. In both cases he was focused on our complete satisfaction, and even brought issues to our attention that in the end made the outcomes better than we had planned for. All of the people he works with were also very trustworthy and highly skilled workers. Without question, I recommend Gary Rumbaugh for his dedication to customer service, attention to detail, the quality and craftsmanship of his work, and for his unimpeachable personal integrity. “We window shopped for a home builder and construction ideas for about two years. Throughout this time there was one home that remained consistently our favorite, and that was Al Belt 3153 model. Even better, we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We have now lived in our new home for six weeks and absolutely do not regret our choice! From the time we signed on until we got the keys it was just over 9 months. During that period, Al and his project managers, and staff were very accessible. We visited the site weekly (if not daily during some weeks) and were always impressed with how attentive and professional everyone was to work with. Al Belt even met with us at the lot to show us hands on and explain important decisions that came up during the construction process. We also really enjoyed working with the interior designer, whose services and time are included in the building costs! Pictures to follow.”
