“Great experience and outcome with removing an failing retaining wall and a ton of foliage and replacing the wall. Clarke was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and kept us informed throughout the process. His estimate was fair, and his workers were prompt and worked quickly. “Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. “I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found GoodFellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“The general contractor Mr. Eldad Solomon is the best GC who cares and sets the standard for quality. From first day we met, he took the time to explain and understand our expectations. He took us from rendering design ideas to create architectural/structural plans. He pulled all permits and all inspections by city were completed with 100% success. He was hands on our project and made sure all details are completed to our satisfaction. He kept our project cost within the budget and the completion was on time. Our experience was amazing and we recommend STYLEBUILD.”
