“Project was a major house renovation to include creating an open concept floor plan. Entire house was renovated from the ground up and inside to outside. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. We are very happy with the end result and glad we went with Ron and Hawk Design Build.”

“Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. We have renovated all of the homes we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been most pleased with Doug. He is a consummate professional and runs a great company. “We hired Builtwright to address a complex structural issue in the basement; but, we were quickly impressed by their abilities and professionalism and asked them to finish out the entire downstairs. We were even more impressed by the downstairs transformation and were becoming fast friends with Andy's entire team. So, you guessed it, we gave them the green light to facelift the upstairs as well and to complete some exterior upgrades. Whether the work was done by Andy's guys or by one of the many subs that he hired, tasks were completed seamlessly with perfect coordination, great skill and pride. Beyond the superior deliverable and overall project management, it was Andy's particular skill in finding design and material solutions within our budget that gave us the confidence to keep going. Significantly, when many would be focused on their next project, Andy was proactive with every detail of the punch list, giving us that final good taste. A repair job had grown into a whole-home project resulting in an inspiring and comfortable space that far exceeds our expectations.”

“Deltec Homes 'co-created' our current home: lots of back & forth tweaking the design to our preferences, once we settled on the template size. They also connected us with another homeowner 'in our general area' whose home we toured (while we were in our initial inquiry phase) & referred us to a 'local' contractor with experience 'assembling' their designs. Lots of tech support. The template, itself, allowed us to manifest our personal preferences. We couldn't be happier with the structure AND the experience.”
