“We had an excellent experience working with Carter Fox on the renovation of our home. Our vision was to re-convert a much-neglected, animal-infested, three-unit house, into a 5- bedroom home for our family of six. And we wanted to do this in about 3 months on a moderate budget. It was a tall order. James' involvement began at the outset of the project. He visited the property with us prior to purchase to have a look at the bones of the house and provide an initial estimate as to time and cost. From there, my husband and I worked closely with his team to complete the project on time, and on budget a short 14 weeks later. The end result was a beautiful home perfectly suited to our needs.
