“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Gianluca is more than a contractor and it shows. He is very good at what he does. He has fostered exceptional relationships with top-notch trades. He listens and is very responsive. His standards are exceptionally high. He is proactive, and he understands how best to work with clients and guide them through the renovation process. This was our first renovation experience. We changed the flow of the main floor, gutted and expanded the kitchen, moved a wall, windows and a fireplace, and gutted the bathroom and main bedroom closet. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were required. We interviewed several contractors, checked references and hired the contractor we thought could do the job. As the project progressed, we realized it was not working out. Mid-job the mistakes and delays became apparent and after much frustration we had to part ways. The project was a mess. One of our suppliers suggested Gianluca. What a relief – the difference was night and day. He quickly and thoughtfully assessed the situation and uncovered problems we did not know we had. We looked forwarded to working with Gianluca and his team each day they arrived on site. Gianluca provided accurate assessments of the work required and completed the work on time and on budget. The results were what we had hoped for, and in some areas better than we expected. Gianluca, all we can say is thanks.”

“Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”
