“Wichita Home Works did the repair work on the basement of a house we had recently purchased. The exterior wall was bowing in and water was seeping in from multiple locations. They took care of the structural and moisture issues in a very timely manner. Quality control and communication were top notch. In addition to our primary residence they have done work on a number of our rental properties as well.”

“Our home is absolutely beautiful. Mike was by far the best priced of all the bids we received. His crews worked to complete our home ahead of schedule due to our lease expiring on our rental. As with any home being custom built there are going to be some mistakes, what makes a great builder is if they correct the mistakes quickly and properly and Mike did that every time. When you have questions or issues you call Mike directly, you do not have to go thru any middle men. We are living in our dream home thanks to Mike Love.”
