“Zach gave me a bid on covering my patio. His bid was fair but even so was will the work with me to bring the costs down to my budget without compromising the quality of the work. I have been totally satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the work he and his company completed for me. It was above my expectation, and I have more projects for him to bid on when my funding improves again next year. I highly recommend his company for construction work for his honesty and excellent quality work.”

“Brent and Collin Anderson are knowledgeable and meticulous in their work My remodel included trim work and tile. Brent had to contend with out of plumb walls Iin both the trim and tile. I recommend them for any work that requires creative, meticulous finishing. They also keep areas very clean which I value highly”

“Matt and Scott did an amazing job on my flooring!! I was always kept informed on the status of the job and the estimated completion time!! My home was always cleaned after each days work making it very easy to continue to live through the construction. My new floors look amazing and the job was completed in less time than I was originally told, which of course is a bonus!! I will and do recommend Phoenix Remodeling for any project!! Thank you for my beautiful remodel!!”

“Innovative Custom Homes did an excellent job remodeling all the rooms in this home. They stuck to their time line for completion and stayed within the budget. The job site was always cleaned up. They installed new wood flooring, tile flooring and carpeting, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, installed alder wood kitchen cabinets, tile and glass backsplash in kitchen and baths, all new lighting, interior/exterior paint. I have worked with them in the past and will continue to do so. They are professional and do quality work at an affordable price.”
