“Recently I had the pleasure of working with Promodeling on the remodel of both my master bathroom and my guest bathroom. My initial meeting was with Guy Oren, the owner of Promodeling. He immediately understood my design needs and was extremely helpful in picking out all the appropriate materials to make my dream bathrooms a reality. The installation was completed in a timely and very professional manner. I highly recommend Promodeling. I would definitely use them again for any future projects!”

“Remodeling has been a blast for me. The previous contractor I worked with was result-oriented and highly skilled and now with Eco Home Builders, I feel like I have been blessed for a second time. I hear some stores of outright bad and shabby contractors. Thankfully I have been left out ever since. Eco Home Builders has once again met the mark and they did so brilliantly. Working with Alan was joyous and productive. We had so much in common and connected quickly. He was of great help during the remodel and was instructive in seeing my home goals. “We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

On many occasions I've had the pleasure of spending time photographing projects built by SoCal Contractor. From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the homes and they have only wonderful things to say about the SoCal team and you can clearly see they are beaming with pride over their enviable homes. “Most General Contractors are ok until a change order is needed and than the problems begin with cost over runs and a delayed project. Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. We appreciate working with a professional.”

“It's just too bad they don't have crews around the country because more homeowners who are looking for great work by pro's who are reliable and honest would get better results. But for those in Southern California, you're lucky. I would cetainly recommend you give them a call. I was very happy with the results.”
