“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“2nd time building with NIH, and would do it again without a second thought! Their communication is fantastic. NIH listened carefully to our needs and wants and met them all! The whole team works together making the process easy, seamless, and honestly it's a ton of fun! NIH's designer works with you for every selection and most of the time she thought of every question before I even had a chance...she is extremely organized and stayed on top of everything! We've had many friends build with other builders who sadly don't have fun, and are definitely very stressed. We chose to build with NIH for the second time, because we knew that they made the process easy, the quality is top notch, and even the follow-up and care for the customer after the fact is way above the competition! We would highly recommend NIH to any one who wanted to build!”
