“Deville Custom Homes did an absolutely amazing job, I couldn't be happier with the work. We were constrained a bit by the budget but Dean got creative and in the end, the house looks better than I could've imagined. I have not even moved in yet and I've countless people interested in buying my house. Included in what was done includes: foundation work, new framing for home layout (added a bathroom, redesigned kitchen, relocated staircase, relocated rear door, moved walls for master suite), new exterior cladding and windows, spray foam insulation, custom shower pans both bathrooms, all new plumbing throughout, custom tile work in both bathrooms, custom sliding barn door for master suite, re-use of reclaimed wood for interior cladding throughout house, re-laid upstairs reclaimed floors, refinished bottom floor wood floors, standing seam metal roof, etc.”
