“Sam Fleetwood undertook to modernize and improve a 1970's wooden holiday home and also to create a fully equipped sleepout from a plain old shed. He had a clear understanding of what was required but was also able to suggest some very good, practical improvements. Bathrooms were added, layouts including stairs were altered, decks improved and the interior painted and exterior stained. Sam organized all the planning permissions and saw the project through very thoroughly. The result is a great success.”

“I found BD Construction to be professional, trustworthy, extremely helpful with all aspects of my major earthquake repairs. Their standard of work throughout the main part of the contract has been exceptional. When quoting for additional work all accounts were finalised exactly to the quote. Basically they went above and beyond what was required of them in all aspects of the repair process.I would highly recommend them as a company that gets the difficult jobs done to a high standard.”

“We used S.C. Harris Builders to build our deck last November. There is nothing to say other than Sam is a very professional builder. There was nothing negative about this Builder. If we needed any more work we would call him immediately, He kept us up to date, always on time, and the job was finished well within the time frame he quoted. I would recommend anyone using this Co for their work.”

“I am currently building a house with Red and Black construction and I can't speak highly enough of Grant Waghorn and his team. They are making what could be a stressful project, easy and enjoyable. Their workmanship is impeccable and they are constantly reviewing the build with me to ensure the project stays on budget and on time. The project management is also excellent - subcontractors arrive on schedule ensuring time is not wasted. The building site is also immaculate and I already feel so proud of my new house”

“I could not recommend the team at Coughlan Construction highly enough. We have had a number of building projects on our property and each has come with its own challenges. Right from the start they have delivered on their mission "the builder that listens". The Coughlan team have delivered on our high expectations of workmanship (including the sub contractors) and they have completed this all within budget. We have also 'changed the goal posts' on a number of occasions and Coughlan's had the flexibility, knowledge and adaptability to make things happen. The building team were thorough, tidy, professional and a pleasure to work with. A job well done.”
