“Dave Konkol Homes built our home for us fourteen years ago and we couldn't have been happier with his company or his service. It was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. Dave and his team were not only consummate professionals, but just really great people to work with. He added dozens of "little extras" to our home that cost little to nothing, but made the home feel much more customized or unique to us. There's not a day that goes by that my wife and I aren't glad this is the company that built our house. Especially when you hear so many horror stories about builders these days. Back when Konkol built for us his team built smaller family sized homes. Now they build both smaller and huge custom homes. My wife and I are actually planning to build a new home in the next 18 - 24 months. Maybe the biggest endorsement we can give to this builder is that we plan to use him again. No question. He even has two books he's written now about how to build a custom home. This should make the process even better the next time around.
