“I used Wow Your Ideas for a complete home renovation. The inside of my home was almost completely demolished then rebuilt into an open concept dream home. The owner, Meko Foster, has an amazing brain that can turn the most difficult ideas into reality. He is brilliant, professional, personable, extremely reliable, and ALWAYS keeps "your" best interest and budget in mind. He removed walls, ceilings, moved doorways, etc., all according to code. After the reconstruction, Meko finished the interior with décor. His eye for color, décor, and design is extraordinary, as he has the ability to coordinate and blend the entire space so that it flows from room to room. I don't believe there is any unique idea that he cannot conquer. Meko starts the process with listening to your "needs" and "wants", keeping you involved throughout the project, then miraculously brings your ideas to fruition. And, if you don't have "ideas", simply let Meko figure out what the space needs. With a small budget, he added just the right touch to another house of mine that enabled me to sell it quickly. His creativity will amaze you.”

“I have dealt with many contractors over the past few years and I have been extremely disappointed - they either didn't show up/were 2 hours late, were completely unprofessional (cursing in front of me) or they never finished the work the were paid to do. Needless to say that I was very anxious about having to find a new contractor to put in our new kitchen. I found Freedom General Contracting by a recommendation from a friend. Leary, I decided to give them a call. I was very impressed by Steve's professional manner over the phone. He worked with my busy schedule and met me on a Sunday to look at the work I wanted to do and give me a quote. Steve's quote was right in line with the other 2 quotes I received, so the only thing I had to work with was the recommendation from my friend. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that I needed to do this because I was so impressed with FGC! “All I can say is - WOW! What a fantastic experience working with Paul, The Philly Homesmith! After a few conversations with large design & build firms we knew we could not afford to go that route. Some contractors we initially interviewed gave us competitive estimates, but just could not connect with our design esthetic, which was very important to us. When we meet Paul, he listened carefully to us and asked many questions. He was really concerned with what we liked and what we needed, and gave us lots of options and ideas to consider. He helped us from planning the initial layout, to managing the entire project. He even suggested appliances, places to shop and took us to some cool salvage stores. For the powder room, he came across some free cargo box wood that ended up looking beautiful as a wall treatment. Amazing! I really believe we would have never gotten this kind of intimate service from a large company. His Estimate was very competitive and in the end we ended up being very close to budget. We went over by about 12%, only because we changed our mind on some things along the way and there were some unforeseen issues behind the ceiling and walls that needed to be repaired (Paul had warned us of that possibility early on). It was a great experience working with Paul, he's very patient and easy to get along with. He didn't get annoyed or gouge us with price hikes when we asked to change things along the way, which we've heard stories of many contractors doing. Paul's design ideas for the Kitchen and Powder room were beautiful and unique and we are extremely pleased with his work and would hire him again in a heartbeat. He pays attention to detail, is dedicated, and is a true artist and craftsman.”
