“Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”

Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. It was a great pleasure to work with Yuri and his crew throughout the entire process. Right from the start when we were reaching out to several contractors about our deck project, Yuri stopped by multiple times upon our request to patiently answer all our questions and provide good insights and design options on the concerns we had on the expansion of the deck. Once the project was awarded to him, Yuri immediately filed a permit with the town and was diligently answering all the questions that town had related to the work. Upon approval of the permit from the town (which took almost a month), Yuri immediately started the work the very next day with his experienced crew. The crew were so dedicated and punctual that the work got completed within 7 days when it was supposed to take more than 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was impeccable, as there was not even a single hour during the day when his crew was idle due to lack of material or direction. Their dedication and attention to detail is really praiseworthy. Yuri has all the required professionals (plumber, electrician, designer, engineers etc) at his disposal that he can have them come over as needed when unforeseen hurdles creep up. They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects.
