They are very thorough with their walk thru, give you the best options, and have a beautiful finished product. They take a lot of pride in their work, and make sure their clients see that. Vater Construction is very personable, friendly, and easy to work with. They stay on budget, and keep their project moving at a constant pace. We have been more than happy working with them.”

“When it comes to bringing your ideas and dreams to life, Younique Design + Build is without a doubt the way to go. When my wife and I were looking for someone to build our forever home, we spent countless hours with dozens of contractors around Northwest Indiana trying to find someone that would make our dreams a reality. When we met with Cory for the first time, we knew we had found the right guy for the job. We built a completely custom home that literally has everything we asked for whether it was something big or small. "NO" was never an answer. Cory's expertise, creativeness, and knowledge of designing and building homes far exceeded our expectations. Something important to mention is that you were not treated like a customer but more so like family. This wasn't the usual cookie cutter home experience, it was truly unique in everyway imaginable. “HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of project.”

“NewCastle Homes, LLC builds exceptional custom built homes. They worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process from designing the floor plans to choosing interior and exterior features. Budgets and timelines were established early and adhered to during the construction phase. Their eye for quality and detail was impressive throughout the building process. NewCastle went out of their way to make sure we received our true "dream house" that was promised early in the planning stages. They provided continuous communication and timely follow-up to any questions that we had. We have been in our house for 18 months and the compliments from friends and family continue on both appearance and quality throughout the entire house. Any issue that has come up after closing have been dealt with timely and professionally with no questions asked. NewCastle Homes, LLC are outstanding builders and I would recommend them to anyone that may ask.”
