“Salem Developments renovated my master bath. They did a great job. It looks beautiful. The construction staff were on time, professional, asked questions to be sure they knew what I wanted, and left the house very clean and neat every evening when they were finished working. “Stockell Homes/Don Stockell has been the general contractor for us on 2 homes. Don completely renovated every square inch of our former home, a 1902 gem (after his renovations!) in an urban setting. We moved this past Summer to a suburban 1980's home and undertook major renovations on it. We have received nothing but the highest compliments from all that have entered either of our homes. Don's attention to detail and craftsmanship are superb. He has a fabulous work ethic and his word is his bond. With all the work he has done for us we feel like Don is one of the family and we recommend him without any reservation to anyone who is ever looking for a contractor.”

“Andrew did a great job renovating my small bathroom! He pays attention to details and went above and beyond with the plumbing and structure as well. If you show him what you want, he’ll recreate it as much as he can to the “T”! I would definitely recommend him and go for his services again! Even my cat loves it!”

“Schneider Construction did a great job as general contractor and on construction services on our full main floor remodel. Brad and Mike were open to our ideas in design and introduced us to some other contractors for various needs like tile removal, floor installation, painting, glass tile work and doors. Our kitchen is contemporary but has a warm feel of home! Opening walls and stairways gave new life to a 30 year old home. It's now a wonderful gathering space for all our family and friends. Schneider's knowledge and experience was invaluable throughout the project. Houzz served as our inspiration points in several areas and Brad was able to interpret those to be a good fit and match for our us. They are a good Company and will do a good job in any construction or remodel. Our project began in May and finished in July. Now we can really enjoy the house and we love entertaining.”

“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“We worked with Benchmark homes on a custom home project. The job site was always well run and clean. We were impressed with the trim work details and the care in which they protected the home when the subs were there. The design and finish work was exceptional. The home truly is beautiful. The project manager and builder were always readily available and responsive when we had questions.”

“The Artizan Construction and Fine Finish Carpentrey company was a very pleasant experience on our major remodeling project They are very professional and listen to exactly what we wanted in this project. The subcontractors he used were very courtious and the communication was continuous. It felt like everyone was on the same page. It is a joy to sit in our sunroom and enjoy his artistic talent with the beautiful crown molding. I can't say enough. Mark and Cindy Warren”
