After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. “I purchased a home build by Woody and JMiller Building Company. The home had already been built when I purchased it and after looking at many other new and older homes, I found this home to be unique and with a very good attention to detail. I looked at a lot of generic homes and found this house to have a lot of extras that others lacked... details that I thought made the home nicer and more secure. Woody also took it a step farther for us. Before moving in there were just a few left over items that needed to be completed and Woody stepped in before we moved in and afterwards to make sure that everything was done to our standards. He was proud of the home he built and really stood by his product, and I respect that and I am thankful for that. Especially because I live in the house full time!”

“A water leak in the kitchen wall resulted in mildew damage to our cabinets. GH3 was retained to work with the mildew remediator to dissemble to cabinets, open the wall for leak repair. Some of the cabintes needed to be rebuilt. This took place in our winter home in FL while we were 1500 miles away in the NE. These guys are professionals, high quality, and responsive to our needs. Kept us informed every step of the way by e-mail and phone and also worked with our insurance company on the claim. We would recommend them highly.”
