“We have used Horizon Home Remodeling for 2 separate projects: a bathroom remodel 2 years ago and last year a kitchen/breakfast room family room remodel and reconfiguration. We have done several building and remodeling projects over the past 15 years and have been thrilled with the quality of the work and service we have received from Horizon. Vincent Lima brought unique ideas to maximze the use of the space in our 1969 ranch and created an open floorplan in both areas. He took the time to listen and to understand our needs in developing the projects. He was respectful of our budget and timeline and remained on schedule even when our plans changed. He was helpful in directing us to beautiful finishes and appliances - designing the bath and working with our interior designer on the larger kitchen project. His crew kept our home neat throughout both projects. He built "over code" and involved us in every step of construction and install with daily updates and on site supervision. We could not be more pleased with our results. The custom built cabinetry -in both areas completely fits our needs. The entire space is beautiful and more livable - tailored to our family. “Manzer Contracting does top-notch work and it is always a pleasure working with this general contractor. Manzer has completed several large remodeling jobs for us including: complete master bath and closet remodel, complete basement remodel, a front door stoop remodel (replace single door with double, add a roof structure over door stoop and rebuild the brick stairs to the stoop), and also a back deck remodel/update. In each project, they worked closely with us through all stages of the remodel, including the initial design/conceptual stage and budgeting stage which was helpful to us. It is worth noting the project stayed on budget (except in those few cases where we decided to add a change request at our additional cost). Their design consultant, Jenny, was extremely helpful in guiding us through some of the up-front design decisions as well as more specific design choices later in the project such as lighting, flooring, tile selections, etc. Manzer's on-site crew has always been prompt, hard-working and respectful. In each case they kept the work site as clean as possible from one day to the next. Overall, the communication from day to day with respect to the project schedule was always clear and effective. We continue to enjoy the updates Manzer Contracting made in our home and we are thankful to have been able to work with such a wonderful group.”

“Marius Tudor of Modern Marvels performed a magical makeover of our Master Bath. He came in and sat with us to discuss our project before we began. Marius is very knowledgeable about all types of products from insulation, tile, electric, plumbing, etc. He is very kind and very professional. He explained the benefits of certain products versus others and helped us create a luxury master bath with a full steam shower (custom built and not an insert), a free standing tub with all the specialties like heated floors and benches, double sink vanity and marble walls. This is the second project he completed for us. The first project was the expansion of our master bedroom, wood floors throughout the house, canned lights etc. I am greatly pleased with Marius, his team and with the outcome and will hire him again.”

“Chris came by the day I called to give me a quote. I thought the quote was very fair and he came 2 days later to do the work. He replaced an outside French door and fixed some shelving in my pantry. He did a GREAT job and left it cleaned. I wasn't able to provide the door so he purchased it and brought it with him. He is very professional and trustworthy.
