“Tyler and his team were incredible to work with! I had them come in to re-do my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. They were meticulous, organized and very informative. Any questions that I had, Tyler went above and beyond to not only answer them but explain the “why” behind it. They worked efficiently and the project was wrapped up within our planned timeframe and within the budget range that he presented. I would highly recommend working with Tyler and his team for your next project! I’m having them come back in the spring to work on my backyard deck and I can’t wait.”

“Chris did a great job with our kitchen remodel. He was very communicative, punctual and professional during the process. His crew was careful and respectful of our home, laying mats to protect our floors and clearing areas before working. He adapted easily to plan changes and the schedule of our countertop installers. Our job involved installing a base cabinet, a tile backsplash, upper cabinet valences/lighting and associated plumbing. He brought in licensed Electricians to perform all electrical work. He provided solid advice on products and referred us to his suppliers which helped save $$. The valence work was well done, there were some challenging corners because of the builders use of cover pieces but he made them all look good, he ran LED strip lighting under our cabinets and hid all wiring behind false panels that matched perfectly, and used false panels to hide bulky electrical in-cabinet plugs giving it a clean look, the tile work was very well done (straight set) and it looks great.”

“Gianluca is more than a contractor and it shows. He is very good at what he does. He has fostered exceptional relationships with top-notch trades. He listens and is very responsive. His standards are exceptionally high. He is proactive, and he understands how best to work with clients and guide them through the renovation process. This was our first renovation experience. We changed the flow of the main floor, gutted and expanded the kitchen, moved a wall, windows and a fireplace, and gutted the bathroom and main bedroom closet. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were required. We interviewed several contractors, checked references and hired the contractor we thought could do the job. As the project progressed, we realized it was not working out. Mid-job the mistakes and delays became apparent and after much frustration we had to part ways. The project was a mess. One of our suppliers suggested Gianluca. What a relief – the difference was night and day. He quickly and thoughtfully assessed the situation and uncovered problems we did not know we had. We looked forwarded to working with Gianluca and his team each day they arrived on site. Gianluca provided accurate assessments of the work required and completed the work on time and on budget. The results were what we had hoped for, and in some areas better than we expected. Gianluca, all we can say is thanks.”

“As a Real Estate Professional and Investor with varying degrees of success and experience with other contractors on smaller renovation projects, I knew the importance of finding a professional, well-organized contractor who was going to be able to handle the scale of our project when it came time to do a full-scale renovation of our own personal residence. Modinno Dwellings and their team were easy to work with, were super courteous and their project manager Faisal Zia always showed extreme patience with all of our questions. “My small basement was in desperate need of renovation. Honestly, it was gross and I dreaded even going walking through it (to get to the backyard). Although small, it was made into a basement apartment with small kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. I wanted to renovate by removing the kitchen & shower & creating a rec room with a space to exercise. Didn’t seem like a big deal and a simple job. I contacted a few reno companies however, they either wouldn’t accept the job because it was too small or were overpriced. A colleague mentioned Simpson Built Flooring Solutions and the great work Colin did on their flooring. So decided to contact & meet Colin. After the meeting, it was clear that I would trust my gross basement/reno job to Colin. From estimate through to completion, Colin kept me informed of each step, updated costs (if we agreed to it), provided options and worked hard to complete the project on time. Colin did a great job! I’m extremely happy with my rec room & do not ‘dread’ going down there. It’s comfortable & I’m confident in the quality of work Colin did. I still get complaints from everyone about the transformation. If I have another job, I will contact Colin first. Highly recommend Simpson Built Flooring Solutions & Colin!”
