“As a homeowner for 33 years, I've had my fair share of local builders, companies and trades people attending to various house repairs on my house. Yet: the customer services and liaison provided by Rob McEwan at Refresh Renovations, Rodney surpasses them all. With Rob's committment to providing excellent service, he confidently guided a fantastic team of builders to replace rotten floorboards in two areas caused by leaks, replace a rotten interior wall, organise a gib stopper, and organise new carpet. I didn't have to do a thing: very grateful Rob had the reins and he competently steered the ship. For each of these tasks, at every developing stage, he kept me in the loop, so I rate his communication skills very highly. His attention to detail where nothing was too much bother for him; will stay in my mind for a long time. Five Stars, absolutely.”
