“We had a room finished with a closet being built from scratch, flooring being laid and all finishings completed as well as some other areas of our home being fixed up. We were absolutely thrilled with every part of our reno from exceptional communication, timing, amazing work, pricing, flexibility and such great work ethic and very nice people to work with. Jay is an honest, ethical contractor who provided accurate estimates and consulted with the homeowner when unexpected contingencies arose. Jay is a good communicator, always answered his phone and was pleasant to deal with. No detail was too small for him to deal with. Jay was very respectful of our home environment - we lived in our home during the renovation! I would recommend Jay to others seeking home renovation services.”

“The removal of the old carpet and tile was hard work, vapor barriers were used to mitigate dust and dirt allowing project phasing to proceed on schedule while living in the house. The engineered hardwood was installed properly and works so well with the existing natural wood carpentry in the home, she looks very grand. The new tile installed in the entry ways, bathrooms and kitchen were installed in diagonal fashion and also works well with the houses natural open concept. The crew were very professional and take pride in their trade, quality of work and understand each job completed is building their resume. Highly recommended by us!”

“I decided to develop my basement with this company after shopping around a lot. Their estimate came in about $5000 less than others. Kurt suggested some changes to my original idea like pay an extra 2-3 hundred bucks to bring my vents to the floor so the basement would be warmer in winter. I am glad I took his advice. Basement was done on time and I my favourite part of the house now.”
