They did such a fantastic job, when my bathroom needed refurbishing I had no hesitation in going back to Pamas Property services. Fair clean and good quality of workmanship.”

“This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”

“We enjoyed being part of the team working with Nutshell on the demolition of an existing extension to an original cottage and replacing it with a new, two storey extension alongside a full internal refurbishment. The project improved the relationship of the ground floor accommodation with the garden and the landscape beyond and provide additional bedrooms and bathrooms at first floor. Nutshell were a pleasure to work with, during all stages of the project and we hope to work with them on future projects, of all types and scale.”

“Eamonn and the team put up a large two-storey, timber framed rear extension for us. The were knowledgable, hardworking, flexible and fairly priced. They also listened to what we needed but gently made suggestions when there was a better way to do something. We always knew what was happening in the project and it was a shame to see them leave at the end of the project. I have worked with a lot of builders and will definitely call them back when we have another project.”

“FLK carried out a complex extension and modernisation of our house. This included overseeing a piled substructure with reinforced concrete ring beams, major steel structural work, zinc roof, underfloor heating and two complete bathroom refurbishments. The project, estimated at 4 months, was completed on budget and on time. FLK have a professional approach and good communication was constantly maintained. As the project progressed we were informed of any issues as they arose and the required changes were happily accommodated. They were very responsive to our needs. The execution and quality of the work was very high. There were some non-standard design and detail elements that were approached with a willingness to understand our detailing; these were also carried out to a high standard. With our surrounding neighbours, and in particular our party wall neighbours, the team were courteous and considerate throughout. When the house was complete we asked them to carry out further work on our garden. This included building a patio as an extension of our floor inside, large water feature and brick paviour edging to the lawn. All associated electrics for garden lighting and the water feature were also carried out. As the architect, designer and client, we were very satisfied with FLK Builders and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
