Pepe Matinez (Now owner and at Seabrook Developments) ran and organized my project. He is very professional and focused on both details and quality of work provided. Very polite and maintained the job site clean at all times. If there was a concern it took just a simple phone call and within the hour the concern was addressed and corrected. Amazing follow-up care as well to date. The project was on time, and they went the extra mile working nights and weekends to ensure we were on time as this was a commercial project. Drywalling, rockwork, painting, installing steam shower, flooring, carpeting were all completed. The house was then displayed in the parade of homes in 2010. Excellent caring workmanship.
