“My experience with BK Renovation 1 was excellent. The crew replaced five sets of exterior steps at a clubhouse facility and replaced and interior door and frame. The crew was always professional and easy to work with. Work was performed as scheduled and on budget. Work quality was excellent. I will use BK Renovation 1 again.”

They also keep you updated with the work progress daily through an app. They are always on top of their game when it comes to the clients needs and wants and making sure the product looks great.”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“The "crew" showed up on time, worked consistently and completed the bathroom remodel on schedule with no hiccups. Luis also was able to save me some money when he identified and fixed a unforseen problem behind the sheetrock. Definitely will be calling these guys again...Matt”

“Direct Build remodeled our master bathroom. We are thrilled with the results . They were able to understand our vision very quickly and remodel the room exceeding our expectations . Of course , there are challenges during this process, but we worked through them to our compete satisfaction . We would recommend them to friends and use them for future projects. They are very easy to work with and very customer focused .”

“My husband & I have had the privilege of working with Todd Reed & Ron Reed for many years. Todd was very helpful when we were trying to determine the house plan that we wanted to use to build our second home. There were some changes that we wanted to make to the original plan & he made the process so simple & easy for us. Todd was also very helpful in keeping us on budget. Ron was available for us it seemed like on a daily basis. He oversaw every step of the building process & made sure the work was done with excellence. After moving into our home they worked hard to correct the few issues that we had. We have also worked with Reed Brothers on a professional level as well. My husband has installed the septic systems for Todd & Ron for many years. They are always clear in the instructions of where the system needs to be placed as well as providing the proper permits & paper work for our job to run smoothly. They have always paid on time which is a huge plus with any builder. Todd & Tina Blackburn Dig-Rite Construction, Inc.”

“I don't imagine it happens very often when someone has zero complaints about their contractor. This is one such case. From day one, Virginia and Debbie of Level Craft have been responsive, attentive, and focused on our project. We've yet to experience any gaps between subs -- in fact, there have been only one or two days total when someone hasn't been at our house working, so we've enjoyed efficient, noticable progress each week. Virginia and Debbie know their stuff and, more importantly, know how to execute a beautiful build. Highly recommend!”
