“After interviewing three custom home builders and having had the experience of previously building a custom home in Hobe Sound, FL in 2001, we selected John Cherveny of Homes by JMC. His knowledge of construction and his ability to not only listen to our needs and desires, but to take the time to communicate endlessly with us offering opinions and advice made our selection quite easy. As the construction proceeded, we noticed that his people were not only very professional, but knew exactly what was expected of them when John arrived on our jobsite on almost a daily basis. Several times, he had his crew redo something that was not accomplished in the exact way he wanted it done. A few changes that we desired, were accomplished without question and completed very rapidly. John's outstanding ability to communicate with us was phenomenal and he was never too busy to answer our questions and offer his personal advice. If I ever have the need to construct another structure, either residential or commercial, I would not hesitate to have Homes by JMC do the project.”

“The John McDonald Company did not build our home, but we have used them for 3 significant renovation and expansion projects. We have been very happy with the end product, and also very pleased with the process. Dennis is hands on, brings great ideas, and has an extraordinary "eye" when it comes to design details. He builds as if he were doing the work for himself. He has gone above and beyond our expectations, keeping us informed and engaged in decision making, knowing that was our desire. He has been available to us by phone and other communication vehicles when we are not in the area, and spends significant quality time with us when we are on site during the construction. “My husband and I used Sabatello Compaines for our remodeling to our new home, and we were amazed at how our Kitchen, out door patio, windows, and doors turned out! We are so THANKFUL, and pleased the way our project turned out. From the being of our first draft to the end results have been amazed, and enjoyed such a pleasurable experience. During our construction they were neat, clean, on time, respectful, and truly made our experience of living in our home during renovation very comfortable. My husband and I are looking forward to working with Sabatello again in the future when we remodel our bathroom and add on another addition to our home.”
