“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”

I was particularly impressed with the spectacular plan they devised to install a dual zone central air unit into my 1930's Cape Cod style home. They were able add the units and duct work throughout the house with minimal effects on the existing layout. The house retains its original charm with the addition of year round comfort. “We hired Karma Home Designs to renovate our bathroom area, refinish hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and change the conventional hot water heater to a tankless electric water heater. Karma's crew did an excellent job converting an old one-unit tub shower to a frameless walk-in shower that now looks like a million dollars!! Also did a very nice job painting the entire home and refinishing hardwood floors that had deep cuts and numerous scratches. Our home feels more spacious and bright. Karma's managing partners are young, professional and have the knowledge to propel them to greater heights. They are personable, honest and worked well with us to make our vision a reality! Karma's strength is working within the budget. As in every renovation project, there were some delays and hiccups along the way but Karma worked diligently to address those issues. Will not hesitate to recommend Karma, and we would use them again!!!”
