“Pat Franz and his entire Clairmont, Ltd. team were exceptional. My husband and I are thrilled with the design but, most importantly, the entire remodeling process was smooth... thanks to Pat. He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. We couldn't have been happier with the professional, clean, and efficient crew also. We would eagerly recommend Clairmont, Ltd. for any and all projects.”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“We had a new entry door installed. They provided great service, were on time and completed the installation in a very timely manner. They were very respectful of our needs and treated us like it was as important to them as it was to us. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore booties to protect my floor. I would highly recommend them. Good value and great quality.”

“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. IDCI's professionalism and outstanding customer service really made the design process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to hire IDCI again. Thank you Chris!”
