The key for me and this project, was the planning. LSC took the time to understand our project and answer all of our questions. When doing big projects there are always unexpected issues (especially when dealing with a 100+ yr old house). LSC experience and knowledge minimized most of these issues from the start. Added a full service bar with granite counter tops and full appliances. Full bath, bedroom, exercise room and fantastic theatre room. Excellent craftsmanship with crown molding and custom effects. Also added, large deck and storage room under the deck in back yard. Deck is maintenance tree and beautifully designed to wrap around house with lighting on handrails. Storage room looks as if was part of original build. Perfect match. We are extremely pleased with the work by Liston Construction!”

“Mike Mahn built a garage & deck addition for us in 2012. We have a walk out lower level so we replace our original wood deck with a 2-car garage with deck above. The new structure is solid surface brick and concrete that seamlessly integrates with the original home. The design & implementation are both outstanding, and it is now a focal point for both family time and outdoor entertaining. With any project in which you're dealing with existing conditions, there will be some surprises or unknowns. In our case, this did lead to some delays. Mike and the job foreman, Bob, did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process so that I understood exactly what the issues were, and how to address them. There were change orders involved, but there was a clearly defined process using a web-based job software, so there were no surprises when it came time for contractual matters and billing. Mike has always responded to call-backs without question, and continues to monitor the project in the event new issues arise. He took ownership for his work, and holds his sub-contractors to the same standard, which as a homeowner, I very much appreciate.”
