“My wife and I knew very little concerning new home construction when we purchased our lot in Germantown. From designing a home plan and creating a budget, to scheduling and carrying out all of the construction, Ken was with us the entire way. He talked us through every step, kept us fully informed of the progress being made, and worked to keep us on budget throughout the entire project. His proposals and estimates were very accurate and we are extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of our new home. I am a professional in the residential real estate industry and have seen other projects Ken has completed over the years. In all that I have seen, and with my personal experience with Ken Garland Custom Homes, I would highly recommend Ken to anyone with an upcoming new construction or home renovation project.”

“We contracted with D&D Custom Homes to build our house. This has been a very smooth process. And looks like it is going to come in right on schedule. They have an app that they keep updated with everything scheduled, daily logs, pics and even your selections and change orders. This has been really cool to be able to see what is expected to go on next week or in 3 weeks. They have been very professional, from the owner, to the supervisor, buyer and office manager. Any concerns that I brought up were addressed right away or any changes that I wanted to make were always embraced. We have eagerly recommended them to friends and other coworkers. They have made building my forever home a fabulous and fun experience.”

He knows how to make your budget work and achieve the look you are going for. He works with high quality subcontractors and expects nothing but superior workmanship. Over the years, Lowell has helped us add to our property and is always there with support and contacts to maintain and enhance your home. I'd build/remodel with him again!!”

“I have had a very good experience dealing with this company. I had a kitchen renovation and later had a bathroom renovation last year. Ginger Coggins kept me in the loop during the whole process. She promised me that the kitchen would be completed in 6 weeks and I was back in my new kitchen in 5 weeks. They have very good subcontractors and I have recommended them to my friends. If you want a good workmanship, I recommend Coggins and Coggins!”
