“Roberto Usubillaga, President of C4 Orion Construction, is a very knowledgeable, experienced contractor who more than fulfilled his contract with us. We reside on the west coast, but have a condo in Miami which was in dire need of a remodel, With the pandemic, travel was restricted, so we did the entire remodel via telephone and video apps. We relied on our contractor to do all the leg work from obtaining permits, shopping, purchasing, delivery of materials -- everything necessary for the remodel. He was patient, informative, reliable and provided excellent service and workmanship. Above all, he and his employees were trustworthy. My husband and I highly recommend C4 Orion Construction for this type of construction project.”

“We have had a total renovation over 2000 square-foot apartment down to the studs. FC L did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Since we were doing it remotely (we lived in New York City at the time )most of the communication was through email with a prompt response either that day or the next day. They had sent us updated reports on weekly basis. As everybody knows dealing with the condo board is not the easy but they have managed it somehow. But their professionalism did not end there. Now if we need them for something small they are here the same day or the next day . That gives us tremendous comfort knowing that we can call and someone if needed. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“I hired this fabulous company to gut my kitchen and bathroom and the final product was amazing! The owner Sheldon Pearce is a true professional who is intelligent, creative, detail oriented, meticulous, flexible, honest, trustworthy and just a nice guy! All of his employees follow in his footsteps! Top customer service is his second name. It’s difficult to find good contractors with all of these attributes! “I can't say enough about how good this company is. I got a quote from them along with another company on the same day. barak came out from Attic insulation plus first and he was the nicest person you could ever imagine. He took his time inspecting and was very thorough. He explained the process to me and showed me pictures of my attic and what they will do to clean it. He was so professional! And a nice guy. So when the second company came out, the bar had already been set high. The second one was here a total of 20 minutes, and barak spent almost 1 hour or more here. The second guy's price was almost the same but Attic insulation plus is more professional. I accepted the proposal from barak and they scheduled me for 2 weeks out. The day of the cleaning their foreman David called me 1/2 hour ahead to say he was on his way. You should see how they drape everything with plastic to keep the bad stuff out of your house! Very impressive! I walked him around the house to show him areas of concern and he was so attentive and helpful. He told me they would be done by around 3 but it took a little longer. If you saw how thorough they were you would understand, They found places that the critters were getting in that I would have never imagined! When they left, everything was clean like they had never been here! I know there are a lot of companies out there doing the same thing that this one does but there is no reason to shop around when these guys are the best and reasonably priced. Thanks to you all for the great service!”
