“I used Balbes Custom Building for my repair and my remodel of my basement when I had a flood. I was concerned since I just moved into the house. The basement was just redone. Jon Balbes and is crew were amazing! Jon came in and assured me he would get the basement looking good again and he did! Balbes custom building took care of the water damage, put up new drywall and painted. They fixedf thr damaged floor in the bathroom and got the carpet in stalled as well. In addition he referred me to a plubmer that helped with the flood problem in the first place. The work he did was beautiful, in a timely fasion and reasonably priced wi. I would use Balbes Custom building again in a heart beat.”

“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

They really understood the "look and feel" we wanted the house to have, and showed terrific commitment (even passion) to its design and construction. Their enthusiasm for the project rivaled ours. “Acheson Builders design team and crew remodeled our entire home. What started as a mother-in-law suite addition grew to a full kitchen remodel, expanding from 1 1/2 baths to 3 1/2 baths, all new windows, siding, roof, chimney, sunroom, deck and hardwood flooring. A lot of money invested but so much professional quality, care and concern every step of the way by the Acheson team.”

“I used MLN Builders to tearout, rebuild and expand my wooden deck. We used Trex. The results are fabulous! Work was timely and neat. Workers cleaned up the site every night. We had extra Trex left and MLN suggested adding benches. What a great idea I had not considered! Love the results! It transformed my backyard. I live out there in the summer.”

“Ron from Oakwood Custom Homes (oakwoodch.com) is a fabulous architect that expertly translated our vision into our dream home. His specialty is design and green building. We've just begun our project but are chronicling the build via gilles712.tumblr.com We've only begun our project, but he's provided us with a project plan and so far- we're ahead of schedule. His construction team is polite and keep the work site clean. Also, allowances and brands for fixtures and interior trims are high-end. All within our budget. Follow our blog to see progress.”
