“Project #1 with Trelli: June 2017 We had Trelli come in to renew the backyard living space. They removed the old deck, replaced it with a small balcony platform and a large 400sq foot stone patio. In the front of the house, the wooden landing platform was removed and also replaced with stone with an inset garden. Trelli has meticulous staff, always courteous, and a solid work ethic. The entire project fell within budget and estimates. The Trelli team always maintained a clean and safe worksite. They were always available for questions, and always took the time - every day - to explain the different steps of the project. They did offer options that we had not though of originally - like the sunken garden. It looks fantastic. Thank you for all your work. (Note: We have engaged Trelli to rebuild our driveway as our 2nd project with them) Project #2 with Trelli: July 2018 Trelli had done a great job last year on our back patio, balcony and front patio, greatly improving our outdoor living space. This year, we decided to engage Trelli to tackle our aging driveway. Our original plan was to have a very basic, rudimentary driveway, since we only park cars on it. After consulting with the guys, they came up with a really nice design that accentuated the property and complemented the design elements of last years project. The back patio now flows into the new driveway, which in turn flows cleanly into the front patio and sunken garden. The guys removed the original driveway, only to discover that the original underlying base was non-existent. They dug out a significant quantity of loose dirt and replaced with (I believe) 50 tons of crushed rock to ensure the driveway surface would be solid. Their work is quite meticulous, ensuring the integrity of the yard, house and the new patio they installed last year. The stone driveway looks fantastic and integrates perfectly with the 2 patios and walkway. As always, the Trelli guys were maintained a clean worksite, were very courteous and took the time to explain all the project elements to ensure we were aligned on all the deliverables. Their price was fair and they respected the estimates and our budget. We did make some project modifications and additions. These changes were fully documented and priced fairly. Trelli also took advantage of the time they were here to look at what they installed last year and make some improvements. We could see that the team has great synergy.
