Thank you so much to Guy and Decor Builders for remodeling my bathroom, I was thinking to do my bathroom for a very long time but I was really nervous about the process and didn’t know any contractor I could trust. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“Very very economical rates and fantastic services. I got my kitchen and bathrooms redone. Team was really cooperative through out the project plus they gave enough time to the project to satisfy me. :) I didn't have to face any sort of trouble during the project as it was done in the given time. “The attention to detail that John and his crew provide is outstanding. John has a great vision for what is needed tomorrow in our home and not just your desires for today. He helped design our dreams and plan for the future dreams! The technology his Company used help us stay informed and aware of any change order concerns. They were clean, courteous and professional. “May Construction managed an extensive remodel and addition of our home. We doubled the size of our kitchen and added a 2nd story with a new master bedroom suite. The team from May was very professional. We had regular site meeting during construction in which all the subs active on the project attended. Greg May made sure that everything was getting done properly, showed me any issues or challenges they were running into and made it easy for me to make decisions on all the little details that really make the house feel like our home! I also very much appreciated it, when Greg would let me know that if they didn't get a decision from us on a particular finish or tile product or some such thing by a certain date, that it'd cause the project to delay. This was very helpful for prioritizing the decisions that needed to be made quickly or alternatively weighing the "cost" of a delay if we were really struggling with a particular choice of tile or faucet etc. We lived in the front half of the house with three small children while the construction was going on in the kitchen and back half of the house. At first, the workers (May employees and subcontractors) kept knocking on the front door and needing to get in to the area where the kids were. I let Greg know that this wouldn't work for us, because the little ones needed to nap and I needed to plan when any work or access was required in our living area. He let all the subs know right away and we never had a problem after that. They always gave me at least 1 to 2 days notice and worked with me to find a time that would minimize the disruption on the children. It was great. Most of them have families themselves and were very understanding and supportive. All around, a great team to work with.”

“We hired Mac to do a remodel and addition on our home in the summer of 2014. He and his team were a pleasure to work with and were on-time and on budget. This was extremely important to my wife and me because we were pregnant with our 4th child, so time was of the essence. Despite the pressure, Mac handled the project like a champ and he made everything as stress-free and seamless as possible. The scope of our project was a 600 sqft addition, kitchen, powder room, master bathroom, master bedroom, living room, great room, walk-in closet, front facade and walkways. Basically half of our house was completely torn down, and we added some more space for our growing family. Now, I wish the other half of our house was torn down and matched the excellent work Mac, Krystian, and their crew did. We plan on renovating that part of the house as well, and plan on hiring DMD General Construction to do the job when we do. In the meantime we have, however, hired DMD for some other smaller projects on two other properties, which we are very satisfied with as well, and we have also referred them to some of our friends and neighbors who are extremely happy with their finished products too. Also, in working with the vendors that Mac recommended, we found many people love working with him and give him a better contractor's discount than other companies. Most other GC firms will take these contractor discounts as their profits, but DMD passes these cost savings to their clients. This makes a huge difference, especially since good quality finishes and fixtures can add a significant amount to your project. We interviewed and met with several contractors and we couldn't have made a better choice. Mac is very HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, FAIR, and easy to work with. Bottom line is that I would definitely hire Mac and the DMD crew again, I have and will continue to refer him to my friends and family, and I am extremely happy with the work that they did on our home.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“Tom & James, our project managers, did general contract work for me in the kitchen and bathroom. They did a superb job managing the project. I was very pleased. His team worked on the floors, counters, painting and plumbing. 
My favorite is the shower, and bathroom/kitchen cabinets.”
