“Nick and his team built out a next-gen suite for our father, complete with a kitchenette. The project included plumbing, lighting, electrical, moving interior doors, and exterior stucco work. They even added an attic access point where we didn’t have one. Most importantly, they were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and flexible. It was such a good experience, we have called on them for other projects.”

“The work Casita Builders LLC did for us was exceptional. From the first time Steve came to visit us and later when he provided a thoroughly detailed estimate for our project we knew this was a professional and efficiently run business. His team demonstrated the same every day they were here working on our house. They regularly updated us on progress, next steps and left the work space clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of their work was apparent to us from the day they started renovating to the day they finished…everything was done to exacting standards. It’s clear they care about the work they do, and they ensure any subs (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that come in share the same commitment to quality. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no delays or surprises at any point in the project. At the end of the day we know that we received incredible value for our investment. We won’t hesitate to call Steve again the next time we embark on a home improvement project. “Steve has been working on our rentals in Phoenix for 15 years. We have had three ranch style homes over the years that have been remodeled. Kitchens, baths, plumbing, drywall, insulation, mill work, you name it, Steve has delivered. He bids everything up front and has always met deadlines. Larger projects always have changes as you get into them and Steve is a great communicator during the project. He has worked with and around tenants as well as in situations where we do larger upgrades in between tenants. He has keys to all the houses and I trust him in every situation.”
