“Innovative Custom Homes did an excellent job remodeling all the rooms in this home. They stuck to their time line for completion and stayed within the budget. The job site was always cleaned up. They installed new wood flooring, tile flooring and carpeting, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, installed alder wood kitchen cabinets, tile and glass backsplash in kitchen and baths, all new lighting, interior/exterior paint. I have worked with them in the past and will continue to do so. They are professional and do quality work at an affordable price.”

“I designed a contemporary house that had several Marvin windows. Some of the windows were nine feet tall and went from floor to ceiling. Another area had a corner window. I wanted them to have minimal spacing between windows but had not figured out window details before Tim Van Zant from Marvin Windows came out to look at the house while under construction. Tim jumped in and figured everything out including a very unforgiving space with a concrete opening. They look fantastic and are right in line with the intent of the design. I was relieved and very happy and have worked with Tim many times since.”

“Exceptional quality builder! Every detail is well thought out and the designs and colors flow seamlessly. There are no wasted spaces but plenty of convenient storage, including an appliance shelf in the walk in pantry! The high ceilings and wood beams match the wood floors and ties into the fireplace, who stone work is an art piece all on its own. Beautiful walk in shower and extra large tub are a welcome luxury. Even the yard was fully landscaped so the home was truly ready to just move into, every detail had been thought out and well executed. More than just a house, this is a home!”
