I would recommend that you list very precisely everything that you want to be done at the onset as little things not estimated initially and delivered after can quickly add up. However, the total budget was certainly justified by the quality of the final product. We wouldn't hesitate in hiring Inventive Designs again for another big project. It was a real pleasure to work with them. An honest, expert and friendly building company. That doesn't come around often!”

“We employed K Design and Build to undertake a two storey side and front extension and a single storey rear extension which included a large kitchen/diner design. Throughout the build, Karl’s standard of work and attention to detail was exemplary. We gave Karl a strict immovable deadline for our build and despite very challenging weather conditions at times Karl and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to move into our dream home on time. Karl provided superb customer service throughout the build providing excellent advice on the overall design of the project and managing our stress levels through inevitable challenges that arose during the 6 month build. We're so pleased that we took their recommendation because from the first time we met Bill, right through the build and onto the completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of himself and his staff. We planned to extend our house at the back and to the side (which we have done) but with advice and suggestions from Bill, who was able to guide us during the whole design process, we have managed to gain so much more from the build than we originally anticipated. Everything came in on budget and we're confident that no corners were cut to achieve this. I honestly can't recommend Bill and his team highly enough.
