“We purchased a home under construction (being built by Otey Construction) about 5 years ago and we could not have been more pleased with how the process went and the finished product. He provided us with a project notebook that outlined what work would be done each day and which sub contractor we could expect. These subs were professional, always on time, considerate and, more importantly, did beautiful work. A project manager, or Mr. Bowlin himself, was on site for all the work and at the end of each day the work area had been swept, straightened and cleaned up.
