He has good relationships with his subs and can move a project quickly. During covid, when we all needed to do outdoor activities, I wanted my side gate to be more accessible and look like part of the house. I am still so pleased with the outcome.”

“We used Noor Construction for our 2 bedroom house bathrooms and kitchen remodel, flooring, paint and so many other work, and we have loved the results. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various trade offs we could make. We were very happy with the project, which finished on time and on budget. We worked closely with Omar who were excellent, responsive, and professional. He was great problem solver and worked well with the appliance, countertop, flooring and cabinets, making sure that the final results had the highest quality. Paint was amazing. The pricing was not only fair but they helped us find ways to save through creative shortcuts. Very happy with how beautiful our house become. We would definitely work with Noor construction again! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would be a referral for these guys for any and every job and we will ABSOLUTELY be hiring them again for our next project.

“We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. He was extremely easy to work with and available at a moment's notice with our questions and concerns. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend him for your home project. We absolutely love the outcome of our project and the quality of the work performed. I have high standards and he met those by far, as well as his great disposition. “We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! I was pleased and impressed that he was willing to invest his time in a potentially small project after hearing that his present project was building a multi-billion dollar modern energy efficient home.”

“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!”
