“We hired Anthony to design and renovate our small South Philly basement. He and his team (big shout out to my main man Chuck!) did an amazing job. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls. He worked quickly and used his extensive connections to find us quality products on a budget. When issues popped up totally unrelated to his work, Anthony worked with our previous contractors to identify the issue, come up with a solution, and got them to pay 100% of the cost. Without Anthony we would have been out of luck! To this day, we go back to Anthony with questions and requests for recommendations and he always comes through. Like our concierge contractor! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. “My husband and I purchased a circa 1870 carriage barn that was in complete disrepair. The goal was to return it to its prior grandeur while making a stunning residence and equestrian facility for our horses. This was an extensive and complex project of coping with an existing, historical structure and all the challenges that creates, while making sure all modern ammenities were included. The structure was completely gutted, however, care was taken in demolition to keep artifcacts to be used in completion. Our contractor shared our vision and passion to include historic touches throughout the project - and they even offered their own creativity along the way. It was truly a joint effort. The completed project exceeded our expectations and it has been such a wonderful place to call home for us and our horses, and to entertain with family and friends.”
