“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”

“Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

Thank you for your amazing patience, perseverance, creativity and ability to manage challenges and changes all along the way. You did with grace and professionalism that is seldom exhibited in these fast- paced busy lives we all have. “I used this company for a bathroom remodel 2 years ago and now, for a living rm/dining rm hardwood floor installation and remodel. The work is outstanding, the workers show up on time and are trustworthy. During the bathroom remodel, the contractor was able to help design the area to maximize both the space as well as the finished look. My floor refinishing project is on time and looks great.”
