“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“Imbuia Construction did major reconstruction on my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. They changed my stairs and hallway from carpet to bamboo and painted the entire house. They rid major areas of black mold and and rebuilt areas that had been responsible for the mold. All of these projects involved rerouting electricity, updating plumbling and ceilings, removing walls and replacing old tile with granite, new cabinets, and appliances. I found Warren Bregman, contractor, to be easily available and communicative. His crew was on time or called if they were running late. They also cleaned each day as to leave the house as livable as possible until the project was completed. I had dealt with other crews in past projects and had always been very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and work ethic. Imbuia Construction came highly recommended and I see why. I always call on them for projects large and small. Trust is important to me.”

“I was looking for a contractor and I came across Cisco Construction. After meeting with a handful of contractors which were referred to me, I met with Yaniv to discuss converting our garage to an ADU. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and knowing he has done this before put us at ease and he even had pictures to show us of his previous work on his tablet. We felt so comfortable with Yaniv and wanted him to do the job. They started the project and kept me informed of every process and step we were about to take. He was patient with me while choosing the fixtures, paint colors, cabinet colors, and tile. He gave me his expert opinion however always listened to what my vision was. He gave me an estimate of how long this work would take and surpassed my expectations by finishing on time when he said he would finish. Most importantly I was able to reach him morning to night via text and phone. He always kept in contact with me. Overall this project to do a garage conversion turned out exactly how we wanted it. We couldn't have done it without Yaniv. He really is a professional and deserves this review. I highly recommend using Cisco Construction!”
