“Dave is an exceptional designer and builder. His knowledge and execution of a plan are professional, accurate and completed with integrity. His talents as a designer and hands on builder are remarkable. His versatility in his abilities to design and build traditional homes as well as more modern-style homes of every size is impressive. I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. He was always willing to hear design ideas and take things out of the box when I wanted to while keeping me within the box when I needed to. He only uses respectful and skillful crew memebers that appear to be loyal to him and admired by them.. I have never felt in better hands with the most important financial and emotional project of my life. I would do another project with Dave in a second! -Julie and her dog Novia”

“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“My wife and I were looking to have a large window replaced which required a significant amount of attention due to rot from not being properly installed years before. We met with multiple contractors, and after meeting Andy and discussing the work we needed we instantly felt comfortable with him in performing this job. Furthermore, we took our time In finding the 'right contractor' for us as we had been burnt in the past in not choosing the right contractor (lesson learned). Red Hammer Builders did an absolute amazing job, and we could not be happier! More importantly to myself was knowing that the work was done right and done right the first time; which is exactly what they did. We have recommended Red Hammer Builders to our close firends and neighbors, as we are confident they will love the craftsmanship, pride and honesty in how they do business! Thanks Andy and RHB!!”

“We chose Maine Coast Builders, a company with many years of experience in constructing coastal homes. From the rough construction to the detailed finish work, we found the MCB craftsmen to be highly skilled and able to handle the complex design work flawlessly. Their talent is evident in the details of both the exterior and interior, showcasing expansive cathedral ceilings with inverted recesses. A hand-constructed staircase, built in cabinetry, window seats and mantles, all were fabricated with care & precision. Jeff Jones supervised the construction, coordinating the various craftsmen and kept within the planned timeline. He was always available to explain the process of each phase. - Rich & Linda Torossian”

No excuses, no stories, no drama. If something unexpected developed with a project outside the scope of agreed upon work Guy communicated clearly what the issues were and what impact they would have on schedule and price.
