Michael’s general management made everything flow smoothly, and he readily accommodated all of our “extra requests”. The job was completed timely and thoroughly. “APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! We say, “Call October 5 to celebrate your next project.””

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “I hired MVP builders to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom. I was quite nervous to begin this process but Mike and his tesm exceeded my expectations! He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget. “Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”
