“Justin and Greg are absolutely fantastic. When we asked them to take a look at our project they were amongst the most eager to work and among the reasonably priced. We had 7-8 general contractors come out to give us their input about remodeling our house inside and out. The house was built in 1980 and needed a considerable amount of work. Greg & Justin met with us the Friday morning before Labor Day weekend and come Monday they had a detailed proposal and bid for us. In addition to including all the items we mentioned, they included a number of thoughtful options and design features. Now we've met with other contractors who didn't listen to what we wanted and simply offered their suggestions instead. What made Greg & Justin great is that they took what we wanted and made it better. As a couple who have never been through a remodel before, that was pretty cool. When we had reviewed their proposal, we had felt comfortable to move forward. We could have sat back and debated the various bids and outlines we received, but something just felt right. Greg & Justin carry themselves in a way that make you feel comfortable around them. We had done a fair amount of research. One of the most important things that kept coming up is the level of comfort you have being around your contractors. If you don't see eye to eye up front, chances are you won't like each other much when questions arise. If there was a question to how we would want something, they'd ask us or have Greg & Justin call us. The quality of their work was seen day in and day out. Along the way, Greg & Justin had a number of professional insights that significantly added to the finished look of our home: a humidistat fan for our closet, taller shower doors to keep more steam in, building a platform for the new furnace in the crawl space (giving us more usable square footage in the house), and aesthetics down to the fit and finish. This was a big project and an entire chapter or book could be written, but really in short: Greg, Justin & their team are awesome people who do great work. They are truly among the best. “This was a remodel of a 25 year old house. It included a new roof, siding on three sides of the exterior and painting of the exterior. The interior consisted of a completely new kitchen, and two bathrooms and painting of interior. New flooring was replaced in over half of the house. Nancy, my wife and I worked together with Michael Garcia to put together a plan that brought together our ideas to a really great finished project. Michael was not afraid to tackle difficult concepts and he provided many ideas that improved on our original concepts. As with any remodel problems occur and when they did Michael as the general contractor stepped in and solved the situation. I was pleased with his sub-contractors and the way they respected my house and property. His wife, a professional decorator was brought in to help my wife and I select the different tiles and countertops. She helped with selecting the style and with price saving ideas.”
