“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“Matt at MeMar is great. They did a complete remodel of our master bath and we love it. Neat, on time, and efficient. Matt was in constant contact, so we were well informed of progress and what to expect each day. Also had MeMar do a few smaller projects, carpet, outside wood trim, and vent install. We were happy with everything and will definitely use MeMar again”

“We just moved into a new home and wanted to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. We asked around and got a few estimates, but Laguna Bay Developing was highly responsive and had an excellent price. Gio personally came to our home to give a quote and to inspect the work at completion. It looks great and Gio kept us in the loop every step of the way. “We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”
