“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

They hung new drywall, tiled and painted. My kitchen looks amazing and I am so happy with what they were able to do. Also, the crew was on time, they worked fast, and cleaned up. “HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home.
