“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

At the end of each work day, the contractor cleaned up all the debris and tools making it very easy to tolerate the construction phase.”

“Mr. Alberti the owner of Flawless Designs was a pleasure to work with. He installed crown moldings, columns and design a entrance way into my den with new door. He design new cabinets for both my kitchen and dining room. He is professional and will do his best to make your renovation ideas come to life. I work with several builders in the area and find that working with Tallman Segerson is a very different experience. They organize and plan out every part of the project in advance which reduces questions, delays and confusion.
