    “I have a condominium in Downtown Chattanooga on the river. It is on the 5th floor and has one elevator through which all subcontractors and suppliers must travel to do the construction. This single access presented many challenges for the contractor. People in my building commented on the professionalism of Tristar during this process and how clean everything was kept. Tristar did an amazing job from the design stages to seeing the project through to completion. I am very happy with my beautiful home and would highly recommend Tristar.”

    “Lowder & Lowder Construction did a substantial siding replacement and repair, then prepped and painted our house exterior. The company fielded a team of obviously experienced workers, in which the chain of command and hierarchy were clear from the outset. They worked in spirited coordination with one another, obviously under a pre-established guidance and understanding. By the time any indication was made or specific issue brought to their attention, they had usually already come up with a solution that was promptly and efficiently implemented. They worked steadily to the end of the project. This was the most competent and best team that has ever done any important work on our house. They are very good indeed and I would recommend them highly”
