Our project involved pushing out our kitchen foundation 6ft and rearranging the rooms on the first floor to meet an expanded and updated kitchen. Walls were torn down and new walls were put in place, new windows and doors and a new outside deck also were part of a project that included an entire renovation of a tired old kitchen. Bob consulted and worked with us alongside an architect, kitchen expert and electrician in order to help us select exactly what we wanted, at times he would advocate for us when we met with some unprofessional incidents. Most importantly, Bob was able to flex with some changing demands during the project while still maintaining the integrity of the original plan. Superior finish carpentry highlights surround the new project and bring continued enjoyment as we use our new kitchen and entertain more often than ever before.”

“Mccleary Building is very professional and knowledgeable contractor. I now have 2 houses built by Matt on the ocean and they are holding up very well. One of them he had built and we bought it after it was completed and the other we built from scratch with Matt. I know on both houses Matt would stand behind any issues we would have but the good news is that in 6 years we have had no issues. The second house had a lot of unusual design issues to deal with and Matt was able to easily work through all of them.
